EDC was founded in
1997 by Herb Friesner and Laurie
Friesner Bomstein, a father/daughter
team. Herb Friesner is a retired
attorney, having practiced law for 43
years in Miami. Laurie Friesner
Bomstein has a MBA and BBA in Economics.
