There are over fifty Enterprise Zone areas in the
State of Florida. In Miami-Dade County alone,
several large areas have been designated as being
located in an Enterprise Zone.
Businesses located in an Enterprise Zone are
automatically eligible for benefits, provided that they
apply for the benefits within the application
filing period. Many businesses are surprised to find
they are located in an Enterprise Zone and have
missed significant opportunities, because they did
not take advantage of or missed the designated
filing deadlines.
